1. What is a Mentor or Mentee on LocalBee

Mentor A mentor on LocalBee is someone that is either seasoned in your career, provides unique skills and value to the platform, and has some experience already as a mentor. Typically, LocalBee’s average work experience is 7 years. However, in some cases, being a mentor may skew younger depending on the experience you already posess. Mentee A mentee is typically students in college or recent graduates looking to get guidance, explore new job opportunities, and want to improve not just in their career but in their life. Even as a mentor, you can still sign-up for mentorships so a mentee does not need to be limited to college or recent graduates. However, this range can get the most value since they are the earlierst within their career.
